Mothering Sunday Yoga

Peace and Quiet guaranteed….

This class is for Mums, Mummies, Grannys + Daughters.

In this class we will be taking it EASY. It will be a nurturing practice for you, with an emphasis on really resting. Resting your whole being. Taking a morning off from all the exterior noise that life demands of you.

It will be a gentle practice so don’t worry if you haven’t done any Yoga before, the pace will be slow. It will entail mindful movement and a nourishing relaxation phase at the end including essential oils and foot rubs.
