Partner Yoga Workshop

A morning to ‘Yoga’ together! - With either your partner, friend, son, daughter or neighbour!

Come and explore the fun of Yoga in this morning. Free from any distractions of the outside world, no phones, no TV, no laptops.

It will be a fun session where we will play with balance, support and gravity together.

The morning will start with some gentle warm up and some breath work so that we can feel relaxed, calm and in the present moment; followed by a sequence of postures where you will use each other’s bodies to get all the benefits of that particular pose. Whether that is a standing balance, a side stretch or a gentle backbend.

Finishing on a relaxing phase, with a guided meditation complete with fluffy blankets, lavender eye pillows and essential oils to truly have you both feeling lighter and calmer by the time you leave.

This is open to beginners, and we don’t go too heavy on the philosophy.
All equipment in provided.
