Cultivating Peace

I used this term recently. In fact I’ve used the words quite a lot.

Having a long extended break from yoga has shown me what I really care about when it comes to sharing this practice. One of the things is how every time magic is made (see other blog) what humbles and gratifies me the most is how we live in world full of chaos and yet once humans are given time and space they need, they can cultivate their own inner peace. It’s not always easy, some days it’s a game of cat and mouse! Over time, the brain changes in so many beneficial ways (maybe another post on this).

The world to me, as a sensitive soul, is a mess. We only need to turn on the world or step outside to see the chaos. The volume of it. The noise of it. The speed of it. Leading a slow life seems to be an act of rebellion in modern times.

So, when I see and feel the calmness within others it’s honestly such a beautiful thing to be a part of. Thank you to everyone who trusts me to take them to that place.
